Brain Health

Protecting your brain health is key to staying mentally sharp and engaged in daily life. Making healthy choices-- like staying active, eating well, and managing blood pressure-- can lower your risk of Alzheimer's and other dementias.

Thanks to funding from the California's Healthy Brain Initiative, we created a local Dementia Resource Guide.

The Alzheimer's Association offers workshops to increase knowledge about brain health and Alzheimer's disease and related dementias.
