The Juvenile Hall operations, procedures and staff shall comply with all Title 15 regulations to meet the minimum operational standards for but not limited to standards and inspections; training, personnel and management; records and public information; classification and separation; programs and activities; discipline; health services; food; clothing and personal hygiene; bedding and linens; and facility sanitation and safety.
