Walk Through Warrant Requests
Prior to walking a through a warrant request at the Criminal Operations Department, the deputy probation officer (DPO) shall first:
- Discuss with their SDPO who will review for urgency.
- If approved to walk through the warrant request, the DPO will take the warrant request to Criminal Operations Department.
- The DPO will wait to have it signed by the Judge.
- The DPO will then take the hard copy to the Sheriff’s Warrants and Records Department and retain the conformed copy.
