Call approx. two weeks ahead for an appointment. Destruction is completed before or after regular business hours. In the summer, appointments are at night (~2130hrs). In the winter, appointments are in the morning (~0700hrs).
No cost for law enforcement.
No special regulations as far as necessary safety equipment/staffing requirements from law enforcement agency. That is left up to each individual agency.
