 2026 HSOC LISTENING SESSION

On Wednesday, March 18, HSOC will host its annual HSOC Listening Session. Participants will hear an update on progress in implementing the Countywide Five-Year Plan to Address Homelessness, receive an overview of the grant outlook for 2026, and have an opportunity to provide input on grant funding priorities, identify service gaps, and recommend areas of focus for the coming year.

HSOC members and stakeholders—including agency partners, individuals with lived experience of homelessness, community volunteers, and other interested community members—are encouraged to attend to ensure broad and diverse representation.

The Listening Session will begin at 1:00 PM at the San Luis Obispo Veterans Hall, 801 Grand Avenue, San Luis Obispo, and will be followed by the regular March meeting of the full HSOC at the same location.
