Additional TSA PreCheck Enrollment Opportunity

Additional TSA PreCheck Enrollment Opportunity at San Luis Obispo County Regional Airport

Mobile enrollment RV allows for easy program registration

SAN LUIS OBISPO, CA — IdentoGO, an official partner of the Transportation Security Administration, will be onsite at the San Luis Obispo County Regional Airport later this month to help travelers register for the TSA PreCheck program. PreCheck is an expedited security screening program that allows members to keep on light jackets, shoes and belts during the airport security process, as well as to keep their laptops and compliant liquids in their bag.

For one week only, IdentoGO’s mobile enrollment RV will be in front of the old terminal, July 22 - 26. There will be several appointment opportunities for travelers to apply:

  • July 22 - 25, 9am – 5pm (Closed 12 – 1pm)
  • July 26, 9am – 12pm

To enroll, attendees must bring a government-issued photo ID with proof of U.S. Citizenship (i.e., a passport or birth certificate—names on documents must match exactly) and complete a 10-minute fingerprinting process. If approved, the $85 registration is valid for five years.

For more information, or to book an appointment, visit universalenroll.dhs.gov and select San Luis Obispo County Regional Airport as your location. Please note that while walk-ins are accepted, participants who do not make an appointment should be prepared to wait an hour or longer. For all registrants, standard airport parking rates apply.

TSA PreCheck memberships are valid at airports across the country. Thousands of San Luis Obispo County residents have already become members through previous mobile PreCheck events.
