The proposed Dana Reserve is located near Nipomo, near the intersection of Willow Road and Highway 101.

Dana Reserve proposes a mixed-use community with residential neighborhoods, commercial shops, restaurants, a daycare center, satellite community college, recreation opportunities, open space, equestrian, pedestrian and bike trails.
