The Behavioral Health Department has released its Annual Update of Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) plans and programs.

As required by state law, the Department must prepare an annual update to its three-year MHSA spending plan. The Act also requires all plans and updates to be made available to the public for a period of 30 days, ending with a public hearing. The Update features information on all MHSA programs, the community stakeholder planning process, fiscal projections, and results from the 2018-2019 fiscal year.
The MHSA Fiscal Year 2019-2020 Annual Update to the Three-Year Plan for Fiscal Years 2017-20, is available now for review and comment from October 21 through November 19, 2019. A public hearing to receive comment regarding the Update will be held on November 20 as part of the regular Behavioral Health Board meeting at 3pm.
