Annual Updates & Three Year Plans

The goal of the Annual Update is to provide the community and stakeholders with meaningful information about the status of local MHSA programs and expenditures.

The updates outline key program goals, objectives and measures for each of the MHSA components: Community Services and Supports (CSS), Prevention and Early Intervention (PEI), Innovation (INN), Workforce and Education Training (WET), and Capital Facilities and Technological Needs (CFTN).

The MHSA Annual Update provides a comprehensive overview of the local work plans and projects implemented as part of the service components launched with Proposition 63.  

Current MHSA Three-Year Plan:

Counties are required to develop work plans based on targeted components to carry out the goals and objectives of the Mental Health Services Act. These plans must be created in collaboration with consumers, family members, providers, and other community stakeholders.
