Shop with WIC at the Farmers' Market - Now Available! Good news, WIC families! You can now use the new California WIC Card with a QR code at WIC authorized farmers’ markets. The new WIC Card has a quick-response (QR) code, making it easy to buy fruits and vegetables directly from farmers. Use your card to buy fresh, locally grown produce. 🍅🥦🍇🥕 Here is how it works:

Bite into a variety of fruits and vegetables! Reach your 2025 healthy eating goals with WIC's help. WIC families can buy fresh, canned, and frozen fruits and vegetables with their Fruits and Vegetables Benefit. Add organic options or dried fruits to your shopping cart, too.
The total monthly dollar amounts are:
$26 for children age 1 to 5
$47 for pregnant and postpartum individuals
$52 for breastfeeding individuals
$78 for breastfeeding multiple infants

Canned beans are a healthy source of protein, fiber, vitamins and minerals, and a convenient option for WIC families.
With your WIC benefits, you can choose:
− 4 cans of cooked beans,
− 1 package of dry beans, or
− 1 jar of peanut butter.
