Temporary Closure Planned for Repairs to Oak Flat Road

PASO ROBLES – As part of the County’s ongoing storm recovery program, Public Works will temporarily close a limited section of Oak Flat Road for repairs from Monday, July 7 through Friday, July 11, 2025, during working hours. Motorists should use alternative routes connecting to Nacimiento Lake Drive to bypass the closure area.

Hartzell General Engineering Contractor from Cayucos, was the contractor for both projects.

Traffic Delays for Repairs to Lynch Canyon Road and Bee Rock Road

Construction of Centerline Striping and Centerline Rumble Strips to Begin on Various County Roads

COUNTYWIDE - The County of San Luis Obispo Department of Public Works will install centerline striping and rumble strips on various County roads throughout San Luis Obispo County starting on June 9, 2025. The work is anticipated to extend through the end of June 2025.

Road Closure for Bridge Repair Work on San Simeon Creek Road

CAMBRIA – The County of San Luis Obispo Department of Public Works will temporarily close San Simeon Creek Road during working hours, approximately 4½ miles east of the intersection with Highway 1, for repairs on June 9, 2024, through June 13, 2024.

PISMO/EDNA/SLO—Traffic control measures will be in place on Price Canyon Road as GeoSolutions Inc., a consultant for the County of San Luis Obispo Department of Public Works, performs geotechnical work adjacent to the road approximately 0.9 miles north of the Pismo Beach city limit.
