While it is recommended you take this opportunity to review your benefits elections, no action is required unless:
- Waiving County medical insurance. You must waive in Benxcel.net and upload your proof of other group insurance.
- Funding a Tax Saving(s) Account in 2026. You must select Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (DC FSA), or Health Savings Accounts (HSA) during Open Enrollment in Benxcel.net.
- Click Benxcel Single Sign-On to bypass user credentials while on the County network.
If you do not take action during Open Enrollment, your 2025 medical, dental and vision plan elections will rollover to 2026.

Sarting January 1, 2026, Digbi Health combines genetic and gut microbiome testing, continuous glucose monitoring, and personalized health coaching to support weight management, digestive health, Type 2 Diabetes, and cardiometabolic conditions.
- At-Home Testing Kits: Genetic, gut microbiome, and continuous glucose monitoring kits delivered to members’ homes.
- Personalized Health Insights: Custom nutrition and lifestyle recommendations based on each person’s biology.
