Grants Management (Neighborly)
Neighborly Software is a cloud-based technology platform used by the County to administer, manage, and disburse Federal, State, and local grant / loan funds for diverse programs. This tool helps us make a difference in the lives of vulnerable members of our community and aligns with our Countywide Plan to Address Homelessness.
The Participant Portal is used to communicate with the Homeless Services Grants Team throughout the grant process, beginning with application submittal, through grant award management, submittal of draw requests and documentation, to project completion and the reporting accomplishments. The Participant Portal also reminds participants to complete their program-specific reporting on a regularly scheduled basis to comply with HUD and HCD requirements.
