County of SLO Public Libraries to Update Catalog Operating System All Black Gold libraries will close April 22-23
With an eye toward cost-efficient, modern, and locally focused library services, the County of San Luis Obispo Public Libraries will be withdrawing from the Black Gold Cooperative Library system July 1.
Beginning Tuesday, January 4, the County of San Luis Obispo Public Libraries will change business hours at all 14 locations.
Seven branches of the County of San Luis Obispo Public Libraries will be reopening to the public on July 7, 2020.
Although branches of the County of San Luis Obispo Public Library are temporarily closed due to the COVID-19 stay-at-home order, telephone assistance is now available.
To meet the needs of adults and families who are staying close to home, the library has expanded its free online and digital services.
