Pesticide/Restricted Material Use Reports |
This information is available in the form of a quarterly report for all commodities, pesticides, and permittees in the county at no charge and is usually available within one to two business days. A custom computer query and report can be built for a fee. This report contains information about the Permittee, Commodity, Application Site, and Restricted Material Used for all Pesticide/Restricted Material Applications made. |

Producer Contact List |
This information is available if the form of a quarterly report for all Commodities, Sites, and Permittees in the county at no charge and is usually available within one to two business days. A custom computer query and report can be built for a fee. This report contains information about the Permittee, Commodity, and Sites of all Valid Restricted Material Permit Holders in the county. |

The Administrative Office is responsible for sound financial planning through annual preparation and regular review of the County budget. |

Board of Supervisors policies |
The Administrative Office provides advice, interprets and implements the goals and policies of the Board of Supervisors through effective leadership and management of County services. |

Emergency planning, response and recovery records |
The County Administrative Officer is the director of emergency services and is, therefore, responsible for the development of County emergency plans to mobilize resources to respond to emergencies. |

SB 272 |
Approved on October 11, 2015, SB 272 adds a section to the California Public Records Act requiring local agencies to create a catalog of Enterprise Systems by July 1, 2016 with annual updates. |

Williamson Act Contracts |

Property Information and Assessed Values |
Per Section 408 of the State of California, Board of Equalization Revenue and Taxation Code, not all documents held in the Assessor’s Office are open to public inspection. Property information such as situs address, parcel number, parcel map, property attributes, and assessed value may be obtained through the “Property Information Search” on our website. Fees may be incurred in the reproduction of our records. Property owners or their authorized representatives may generally obtain records relating to their specific ownership free of charge. |
