Public Works will re-open our front counter to the public on July 6 and start providing some modified services.  Our hours will be 8 – 5, with closure from 12 – 1:30 for sanitation. Masks are mandatory in our building, and we ask that you adhere to physical distancing protocol. Consider Adopting the Groundwater Sustainability Plan (GSP) for the Paso Robles Groundwater Basin

The Sustainable Groundwater Management Act (SGMA) requires sustainable management in all high and medium priority basins throughout California. The state designated the Paso Basin as a high priority basin subject to critical conditions of overdraft. Therefore, the GSAs within the Paso Basin must adopt a GSP(s) and submit to DWR by January 31, 2020.
