Closure of San Luisito Creek Road Bridge at San Luisito Creek

The County of San Luis Obispo Department of Public Works will close San Luisito Creek Road approximately 0.2 miles north of Highway 1 for bridge repairs on October 5, 2021 and October 6, 2021.

The bridge on San Luisito Creek Road at San Luisito Creek will be closed to all vehicular use between 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on October 5, 2021 and October 6, 2021. Please refer to map for location.

This bridge is among 137 federal highway bridges in San Luis Obispo County for which Caltrans provides inspection and recommendation of repairs. Based on potential structural deficiencies, a Caltrans bridge inspector determined that the bridge required repairs.

The bridge will be open outside of the 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. hours during the repair period.
