Cal/OSHA COVID-19 Prevention Non-Emergency Regulations (Effective 02/03/23)
To report an outbreak of COVID-19 (i.e., 3+ cases in a cohort), please email [email protected] with the following details:
- How many staff cases
- How many student cases
- Name of cohort (e.g., Ms. Smith’s 2nd grade class, JV boys basketball team, etc.)
- Which school
- Date of first case’s symptom onset (or date of first positive test if no symptoms)
As workplaces, schools and child care settings are subject to COVID-19 workplace outbreak reporting requirements as stipulated in Cal/OSHA COVID-19 Non-Emergency Regulations
