Scammers are using telemarketing calls, email, text messages, social media platforms, and door-to-door visits to perpetrate COVID-19-related scams.

More COVID-19 Vaccine Appointments Now Open for Eligible SLO County Residents

Anyone age 75 or older, or anyone eligible under Phase 1a of the County’s COVID-19 vaccine distribution plan, can now make a first-dose appointment for next week as of 9 a.m. today. There are currently about 4,000 appointments available for next week, due to a shortage in vaccine supply.

More SLO County Health Care Workers to Get COVID-19 Vaccine as Supply Triples

Now all SLO County health care workers who currently provide direct, in-person clinical care and are not already set to get the vaccine through an employer or pharmacy partnership are invited to sign up for an appointment to get the vaccine from the County Public Health Department.

How Will COVID-19 Vaccines Get Distributed in SLO County?
