The Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee (DEIC) publishes the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Circular on a quarterly basis. The circular keeps our behavioral health partners informed about events, trainings, and relevant information pertinent to our community. The circulars report information regarding behavioral health and the efforts to ensure culturally and linguistically competent services and programs in our community.
In line with the vision of making diversity, equity, and inclusion the foundational values of the behavioral health services and management operations, the DEIC shares our 'Inclusion & Belonging Circulars. These quarterly publications will be a cornerstone in a collective journey towards well-being. It will highlight vital information, resources, and services within the local community, supporting all on a path of inclusive excellence.
Through the 'Inclusion & Belonging Circular' and ongoing efforts, the DEIC aspires to build an environment where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued, and where the well-being of each individual is our shared responsibility.
