How to Create a PermitSLO Account

1. First time users, click anywhere inside the  "My Account Information" box to register as a member.

2. Enter your email address.  You will receive a confirmation email. Open that email.

3. Click Confirm in the email to navigate back to the PermitSLO registration site. 

4. Click Register (you will only have to register once).

5. If no existing contact is found for you, complete the Personal Info fields (those with red asterisks are required).

6. Create a password for your PermitSLO account access.

7. Choose an Address type, then click the "I am not a robot" box, then click Submit.

8. Once completed, click Login.
