To expand the video view click on the square icon on the corner of the frame. 

 

Below is a step-by-step user guide:

Step 1.  Click on Dashboard and choose View Permit or View Plans.

Step 2:  Review the tabs above (My Invoices, My Permits, My Existing Inspections, Request Inspections, Projects) Then choose the correct Permit/Plan or Invoice number below (scroll for more options) by clicking on the blue lettering. In this example we are searching for a Permit Number.  

3.  After selection, you will be directed to the main page of the permit.  In the center row of tabs, click on Fees. Review the amount owed and click on Add to Cart to start the payment process.

4.  Review the Shopping Cart and remove any fees that are not part of the payment, by clicking on Remove.  Once you have the shopping cart finalized, click on Check Out.

5. Confirm the amount and then complete the required information for the transaction. Then click Next.

6. You will receive confirmation of your submittal and the County will review and process the payment.  Thank you.
