SDPO Dennis Johnson - 20 Year Service Recognition

Recognizing Supervising Deputy Probation Officer Dennis Johnson for his 20 years of service to the County and Probation Department.
Dennis was hired in April of 2000 as a Juvenile Services Officer. Dennis spent 22 months at the Juvenile Hall and then was promoted to Deputy Probation Officer in February 2002. In July of 2006, Dennis was promoted to Supervising Juvenile Services Officer. In May 2007, Dennis was appointed to Supervising Deputy Probation Officer and has served in this capacity for almost 14 years in various assignments. Throughout his tenure, Dennis has always been willing to help out and contribute in any way he could. Dennis has served as a CPRO, LS-CMI Risk Tool, and IPAQ instructor and participated in various committees. Dennis has also taken part in many of the community outreach events that the Probation Department has been involved in throughout the years.
Most notably, Dennis leads and conducts himself in a manner that represents the best of servant leadership, the high calling of the profession and our Code of Ethics.
